When I first tried foil nails I did just the end of my nails to give a gradient effect, I then tried doing my whole nail both of which I loved the look of. I then realized that I should combine foils with another of my favourite mani styles, Half Moons!
The base colour is one of my all time favourite colours, don’t let the photo fool you the bottle is half empty (I had to shake it a lot to give the illusion it was full). China Glaze Purr-fect plum, it took me a while to find this shade, I knew exactly what I wanted and I was so happy to see that China Glaze made it!
I used the glue to paint my chevron half moons and waited for it to almost dry, as I’ve said before this is the hardest part because the next stage is so fun! I then chose a holographic silver foil for my half moon colour, I didn’t think that you would be able to the point of the triangle as much as you can so I’m really happy with how this turned out!
